We are looking for a highly skilled Senior In-App Ad Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ad delivery, monetization, and operational excellence across our mobile In-App programmatic activity. This role is central to our ad-tech operation, managing day-to-day optimizations, troubleshooting, and integrations with supply and demand partners.

You will work closely with app publishers, SDK partners, SSPs, and demand platforms to ensure smooth campaign trafficking, stable delivery, and maximum profitability. You will also be responsible for identifying performance trends, resolving delivery issues, enhancing yield, and maintaining ad quality and compliance across all inventory. Your work will directly impact revenue growth through smarter optimizations, tighter integrations, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day In-App ad operations across multiple SDKs, SSPs, and demand partners
  • Manage programmatic workflows, including setup, trafficking, pacing, and delivery oversight
  • Optimize performance and profitability by analyzing traffic quality, win rates, fill, CPMs, eCPMs, and partner dynamics
  • Execute and maintain new partner integrations (SDK, API, reporting, demand onboarding)
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, discrepancies, timeout problems, and latency to maintain stable performance
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with supply and demand partners
  • Identify new monetization opportunities and help grow revenue through strategic operational improvements
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support new features, automation, and monetization capabilities
  • Maintain brand safety, ad quality, and compliance across all inventory
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech, ideally with strong exposure to In-App monetization and programmatic workflows
  • Proven hands-on experience with SSPs, mobile SDKs, DSPs, and ad-server platformsmust
  • Experience with programmatic, user-level monetization, or performance optimization – strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn data into clear operational decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage complex operational environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field – advantage

Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, automation tools, or AI agents is a plus
